Short, sweet, and to the point
This boutique hotel is a delightful gem in El Poblado. With stylish rooms and hospitable staff, my stay was incredibly enjoyable. The complimentary minibar was a nice touch, and the location provided easy access to local attractions. Just a heads-up, the nightlife nearby can be a bit loud!

While the location is fantastic, the experience was a mixed bag. The room was stylish but overlooked some details like an incomplete ceiling and inconsistent shower temperatures. Even though staff were friendly, some service issues made for a tumultuous visit, especially with communication. It has potential with ongoing improvements.

I absolutely loved my stay here! The breakfast spread was amazing with fresh fruit and made-to-order eggs. The room had a super comfy bed and huge shower. The only downside was a bit of noise from the street at night, but it didn’t ruin my time at all. 🌟

Solo traveler must think twice
Had a great experience with the staff, especially a maid named Juenira who was always friendly and helpful. The room had a fridge and a nice teapot which was perfect for my late-night coffee fixes!
It wasn’t exactly economical though it was acceptable.

The room offers a fantastic balcony view, perfect for those seeking a glimpse of the lively street below. Cleanliness stands out, making the space inviting, great for a quick recharge between adventures.
Noise is an unavoidable issue here. the single-glazed windows make sure you hear every bar tune and car horn from the bustling street. The air conditioning has an irritating humming sound that kicks on and off frequently, especially at night—so if you're looking for a peaceful slumber, pack some earplugs. Rooms can feel cramped, which might be a dealbreaker for travelers intending to spend much time indoors. Also, the breakfast options leave a lot to be desired, considering the steep price tag—certainly not a great return on the investment. Finally, there's a quirky guest policy that can catch you off guard if you’re not prepared.

Comfortable Stay with Areas for Improvement
We had a nice three-night family getaway. The staff was accommodating, but the noise from the street was quite disruptive at night. The included breakfast was tasty, though I'd recommend confirming details at check-in. Consider bringing earplugs for a more restful sleep.

The location is ideal, situated conveniently close to vibrant bars and cafes, making exploration easy. Security is impressive, ensuring a safe environment, and staff members are notably friendly and accommodating. The complimentary pudding at breakfast was a delightful surprise. However, some walks to nearby spots felt a bit dodgy at night. The room was cozy but on the smaller side, which might not suit everyone. I'd recommend this place for first-time travelers due to its welcoming atmosphere and excellent dining options.
